When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and mobile phone number so we can identify you and send a one-time verification code. We may also store appointment details you submit in the app (service, date, and time).

This public website does not require an account and does not collect personal information except standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) used to operate and secure the site.

How we use SMS

We use your mobile number only to send one-time passcodes that verify it is you signing in or creating an account. We do not send marketing messages or appointment reminders by text. You typically receive one message per sign-in or account creation. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call (720) 257-4548.

Mobile numbers are not shared or sold

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or any other purpose. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may use service providers (such as our hosting, authentication, and SMS delivery vendors) solely to operate the booking app and deliver the verification code you requested.

Appointments and account data

Appointment records are used to run the shop (confirming bookings and managing the calendar). We keep this information only as long as needed for that purpose and as required by law.
